Property Management

To us, property management goes far beyond just making sure rent is paid on time; our specialist property managers provide an exceptional standard of service and attend to every last detail associated with the management of our client’s properties. Naturally we regularly monitor rental payments and provide clients with comprehensive financial reports as well as conduct annual reviews of the income each property is returning to ensure the owner’s return is maximised.

Potential tenants are thoroughly screened before they are recommended to owners and to safeguard our clients’ interests, regular checks are carried out at the properties to see that tenants are maintaining them to the required standard. If any routine maintenance is required the matter will be bought to the attention of the owner immediately and, if requested to do so, the property manager will organise the necessary work to be undertaken by someone who is suitably qualified.
